How we make books

Plain language

If a term needs a finance degree, the book defines it or leaves it out.

Every number sourced

Each figure traces to a public source listed in the back of the book.

No hype

No hot tips, no get-rich-quick, and no promise a reader can’t check.

Next from the press

More books are on the desk.

No titles yet, and no dates we would have to walk back. These are the subjects in progress, for readers whose system is already running.

In progress

Building past the basics

For the reader whose savings run on autopilot and who is ready for the next floor: real estate, taxes past the beginner level, and income that does not depend on the hours you work.

In progress

Protecting it and passing it on

The paperwork that keeps a family out of probate court, and the conversations most families put off until it is too late to have them.
